About the event
Goat Yoga is a fun interactive way to enjoy yoga while connecting to our calm and fun loving goats. You'll enjoy a slow gentle flow practice to help get you loosened up all while laughing and snuggling with the adorable baby goats. So why not get outside and spent some time getting recentered? Please bring a yoga mat or towel unless you really feel like getting grounded and prefer neither.
